The Corvette C3 exhaust system by Billy Boat was not only created because of the constant customer requests and increasing demand in custom orders, but also due to the market’s absolute need for replacement side pipes that wouldn’t crack. Unfortunately, some 3rd-party companies in the past have made a decent-looking pipe, but the quality was poor. These breaking, burning, bad pipes do not have to be your only option!  The new Corvette C3 insulated side pipes by Billy Boat Exhaust have raised the bar far beyond the former market threshold.

All C3 side pipes are definitely not created equal. Billy Boat Exhaust makes a direct replacement for old, rotten, blown out 4” side pipes. The side pipes have two stages of packing running down the length of the side pipe to absorb sound and deepen the done. The side pipes also have a larger ID for more flow and less back pressure which causes heat and destroys packing. The best and most unique feature is the extra two stages of packing between the core and the outside of the pipe, keeping the outside cool! This means no covers necessary and no burnt legs. Available in mild steel and polished stainless steel.
