C3 & C4 Corvette Exhaust Systems

We set the pace for stainless steel exhaust systems, especially when it comes to Corvette exhaust systems. All of our Corvette exhaust systems are built by hand using T304 stainless steel.

C3

The Corvette C3 exhaust system by Billy Boat was not only created because of the constant customer requests and increasing demand in custom orders, but also due to the market's absolute need for replacement side pipes that wouldn't crack. Unfortunately, some 3rd-party companies in the past have made a decent-looking pipe, but the quality was poor. These breaking, burning, bad pipes do not have to be your only option!

Our new line of exhaust headers and side pipes for the C3 are built with the same standards for fit and quality. They're available in both stainless steel and ceramic-coated mild steel, depending on your specific application. The headers are 1 7/8" tube designed for maximum flow, while the side pipes are double-walled and insulated to prevent those burned legs(!).

• Available in black or silver (Part #: FCOR-0085), the new Corvette C3 insulated side pipes by Billy Boat Performance Exhaust have raised the bar far beyond the former market threshold. Everyone who wants to replace their blown-out side pipes need not worry about it any more.

Through extensive dyno testing we concluded that the LT motors love to breathe, so we designed the entire system using 3" mandrel bent tubing. With a uniquely designed resonator and muffler pair, your LT1, LT4, and ZR1 motor will increase in performance and sound.

This direct bolt-on replacement system adds increased performance at 25 horsepower, improved sound quality, and precision built quad tips for a stylish finish.
