By applying cutting-edge development technologies, APR's rapid prototyping and testing capabilities enable us to produce the finest Audi and Volkswagen performance components anywhere. APR engineers use the most advanced CAD technology to create performance components in exacting 3D models. Once a CAD model is finalized, APR's engineers have the in-house capability to produce exacting SLA urethane resin prototypes. The resin prototype is then hardened, and test-fitted on the vehicle. In some applications, the actually SLA urethane resin prototype is suitable for on-road testing. After APR's engineers are satisfied with the design and fitment of a particular component, the piece is then foundry cast in aluminum for actual on-road testing. Road and Track Testing is the final step in the development process and is the most time consuming. APR thoroughly tests, tests, and re-tests each of its performance components and applications ensuring the consumer the best possible performance solution for their Audi or Volkswagen vehicle.
